Steve Ballmer has come up with the list of growth opportunities for Microsoft
Number 8 on that list is
>> Sales of Office to small businesses and consumers
and that is where I work at Microsoft. I work on Microsoft Outlook for Business Contact Manager, It is is included with Office Small Business 2007 and Office Professional 2007. Check out BCM
Folks - I have started posting notes through my VOX blog. VOX is really cool..It provides basic Word style formatting capabilities, allows you to embed hyperlink/photos/videos and has better integration with other popular services like flckr , youtube, and more. While Facebook notes is more like scribbling on a white board, VOX can add style to your posts and make them provocative. It is debatable if the typical facebook demographic needs it, but I think that facebook needs to get out of its simple notes interface.. Anyways the point that i wanted to make through this post was that i agree to Robert Young's idea of Facebook - Six apart merger. Facebook provides the rich community that 6A lacks , 6A is visually appealing and has more tools. The simple FB interfaces makes them blindingly fast. (especially the news feed) However, there is a reason why Myspace and MSN spaces are so popular.
Any comments?
I just watched "Too hot not to Handle" HBO documentary, highly recommended , just like An inconvenient Truth, Perhaps, future generations will not be able to enjoy Glacier national park OR Banff (see some pictures in my gallery)
This blog is my first attempt to bring awareness to the small friend/family community around me.
